REGISTRATION

Those wishing to attend the ISIPTA 2007 are kindly asked to fill in the REGISTRATION & BOOKING FORM on-line and to pay the registration fee at URL:

https://secure.action-m.com/isipta07_form/.

The deadline for early registration is May 15, 2007, for late registration July 12, 2007. After that date all the registrations will be considered as on-site.

REGISTRATION DESK

The registration desk will be located on the second floor of the building of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Malostranske namesti 25, Praha 1, on Monday from 8.00 till 18.00. On Tuesday will be open at the same location from 8.00.

REGISTRATION FEES:

The Regular Fee includes copy of proceedings, a conference package, refreshments during coffee breaks, Welcome Party on Tuesday July 17, 2007, Dinner on Wednesday July 18, 2007 and the use of ISIPTA 2007 facilities for tutorials, lectures and an internet connection.

The Reduced Fee is available for full-time students and includes copy of proceedings, a conference package, refreshment during coffee breaks, Welcome Party on Tuesday July 17, 2007, Dinner on Wednesday 18, 2007 and the use of ISIPTA 2007 facilities for tutorials, lectures and an internet connection.

The Accompanying Person Fee includes a ticket to the Welcome Party on Tuesday and Dinner on Wednesday and an assistance with individual cultural events requests.

Confirmation of your payment will be e-mailed to you and an original receipt will be given to you upon your arrival at the ISIPTA 2007 Registration Desk in the building of Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the Charles University, Prague.

Please make sure that the bank transfer is net of all bank charges and commissions made. Notice for Czech and Slovak participants: Bank transfers within the Czech Republic might require the "variabilni symbol" which is 1907.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The registration fee (deducted of the cancellation fee CZK 1 000 ) will be refunded for all written cancellations sent to Action M Agency no later than July 2, 2007. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided.
